We only buy from shops we have an agreement with and have checked ourselves for quality and returns. We choose the gift first, never the shop at the gift's expense.
Some you can walk into
We order online, but some of the shops we buy from also have a physical shop. You notice it when a gift needs exchanging: at a shop that does exchanges, the recipient can take it in and walk out with a different size, colour or item, rather than wrapping it back up and posting it off.
Always a thing, never a gift card
What we send is always something physical that the person can hold in their hands, never a gift card. A gift card is a safe choice, but no thought has gone into it, and the person receiving it can tell.
