How My Gift Partner works
My Gift Partner is a gift service on an annual membership. You tell us once about the people you love, and from then on a thoughtful gift is always ready for every special day, year after year.

Step 1. You tell us about your people in one evening
You sit down one quiet evening and describe the people you love: their special days, their interests and personality, and a budget for each occasion. Your personal thoughts are the raw material, and the more you share, the more personal the gift becomes.
You can always add more people or adjust the details later.
One gift plan covers the whole household. Your partner can have their own login at no extra cost, and you cannot see the gifts you add for each other.
Step 2. We remember the day, and a human selects the gift
We keep track of every special day all year. When the day approaches, a human selects a thoughtful gift for that exact person, based on your thoughts and within the budget you have set.
You stay in control the whole way. You can cancel a gift up until 20 days before the occasion, and you are told the fixed charge date the same day the gift locks.
Step 3. We buy and deliver to your home
The gift is bought at the shop's own price within your budget, never anything on top. It is delivered to your home in good time, 15 to 5 days before the occasion, so you are never caught at the last minute.
You get the joy and the credit for giving a gift that was actually thought through. We only take the administrative part.

If you are a new customer and not satisfied, you can get your entire membership refunded up until your third delivered gift. So you risk nothing by trying My Gift Partner.
You have two delivered gifts to judge us on, and the guarantee runs all the way until the third one is delivered. We chose that exact point because by then you have seen us work twice and can feel whether it is for you. If you say so before the third gift is delivered, you get the entire membership amount back. Once the third gift is delivered, the guarantee has been used. The guarantee follows your first membership year, so it covers the whole year you have paid for. If you start in 2026, membership is free for the rest of the year, and the guarantee counts from your first payment on 1 January 2027.
The gifts you have already given are still yours. You paid for them yourself, and the recipients keep them. It is only the membership we refund. That way we take the risk, not you. We dare to, because we know we deliver.
We pass 5% of our revenue onwards
We give 5% of our revenue onwards to people who would otherwise get no gifts. It is a fixed part of the business from day one, not a campaign.
The money goes to helping families with children who otherwise cannot afford gifts, so the children also get a gift and a good Christmas. The amount is set aside throughout the year and passed on in full once a year to a selected charitable cause.
